Final Review meeting

The final online project review meeting was held on January 10, 2023 attended by 35 participants.

The meeting was chaired by the project officer Achilleas Kemos and was also attended by the three external experts, Emmanouel Varvarigos from NTUA, William James Everett from Jim Everett Training and Consultancy, and Ioannis Chochliouros from OTE.

The progress made through these 2 years of project was jointly presented by the work package leaders to the reviewers. First, the session started by clarifying the work carried out during the project, then the main results obtained from the project were addressed as well as the tests and trials carried out during the project's life. At the end of the meeting, the lessons learned and the planned future work were also presented.

As result of the work done, the project has raised numerous standardization contributions and made great impact in the industry. It has set an important starting point exploring the opportunities that new 5G technology brings to the professional audio-visual content production sector.

5G-RECORDS received very good impressions and very rewarding comments from the reviewers. 

Although the project came to an end, the work and research will continue... Let's continue to innovate together!
